Party Terms and Conditions
Parties must be : Minimum of 10 children and Maximum of 40 children.
All partys last for 2 HOURS, with 1 hour, 15 minutes play and 45 minutes dedicated to food.
All Birthday cakes must be provided at the beginning of the party.
All children over the age of one year will be charged for.
All times must be strictly observed, and must not exceed 2 hours, as there will always be other booked parties that will need to use the facilities and have been booked around agreed times.
Siblings not invited to the party may stay and play at the usual charge per child for the two hour period of the booked party.
It is recommended that a ratio of 1 adult per 5 children be in attendance during the party for safety reasons.
We require a Non-Refundable deposit of £30 for every booking made. We endeavour to reschedule the party due to unforeseen circumstances. Invites will be given on receipt of this payment.
Seating is only reserved for the parents and family of the party, should you require more than this then please inform us before the party day.
Final numbers attending the party must be confirmed 3 days before the party.
The balance due is payable at the beginning of the party based on the final numbers confirmed prior.
All children must wear socks.
All children remain the responsibility of parents/carers at all times.
Please ensure that you have the contact numbers of all parents whose children are under your supervision incase of emergencies.
